I have been off the road for near on 2 years and was some what anxious about buying a used car, I needed to get back on the road asap. I viewed a car previous with another company but it didnt sit right with me and i decided against it. I came across essex county cars and saw a car I wanted to view, after calling jack and arranging a viewing the offer of a test drive was happily agreed, jack trusted us to take it out on our own, due to myself forgetting my glasses my partner drove, I knew within 5 minutes this car would suit me as a little run round and to get to work, we sealed the deal !
Jack put no pressure on us what so ever unlike some car dealers, he let us make our own mind up. He delivered my car over to me at no extra cost and has promptly replied to all my message , no hanging around for the phone to ping! I can not recommend this company and jack enough, thankyou so much for all your help.

Hidden Gem
Nice little Company tucked away in Southend. A good selection of the type of cars we were looking for. The team were very helpful as we took out multiple vehicles during our browsing. We bought a car from them after viewing several. Very simple process and easy paperwork.

Daughters first car.
Bought a Corsa which was the lowest mileage I could find at a good price. I was travelling from Northern Ireland they held the car assisted with transport from Stansted airport and stayed late to wait my arrival. The car was serviced and MOTed the day prior to my arrival. Good service for what was not an expensive car or a big lift for them. 100%.

Great customer service. Viewed the car and took it for a test drive. Felt under no pressure to buy the car and had the time to view the vehicle at my own pace. Great, no pressure sales
Jack made the buying process as stress-free as possible with absolutely no sales talk or pressure. He answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to look over the car, both with him and on my own. The 6 months warranty was reassuring. I recommend Essex County Cars.

Great place to buy!
Made the car buying process very quick and easy and the staff were very helpful, they were excellent at responding to any questions and solving any issues. On the pickup day, everything was prepared and ready to go. They helped me tax my vehicle and arranged for the log book to be sent out to me. Car is great and the extra warranty and breakdown cover is a great bonus. Thank you!
